  • May 11, 2023 Paradise We rented two villas for our family while there for our son’s wedding. The beach villas themselves and their location in the beautiful Ko Olina resort far exceeded expectation!. We all agreed it was the best vacation ever. We didn’t even do that much sightseeing while there because there was so much to do at the resort and we preferred being there and taking it all in. The villa was beautiful and had a stunning full-on view of the ocean off the lanai. The villa is well equipped with beach chairs, cooler, and a wagon to tote your things to the beach. We had no issues at all with the villa during our stay. The only advice I can think to give this particular villa would be to update the TV’s to smart TV’s. But then again, in a place like this, you really don’t spend much time watching TV. The grounds and facilities are so well kept. I loved morning walks from one end of the boardwalk to the other with its stunning views everywhere. There are a variety of places to eat between the hotels at this resort and nearby shopping area and it’s fun to go to the other hotels to see their beautiful grounds and lobbies. It’s like one big, beautiful, grand resort! If I had to pick between the four places to stay (Marriott, Aulani, Four Seasons, or Beach Villas), I would still stay at the Beach Villas. I felt it was a better value for the money because of the space you have, the beautiful kitchens so you can eat in sometimes, and it seemed much quieter and less crowded than the others. I didn’t know such a beautiful spot existed on Oahu. We were very happy with our choice to stay here and would return in a heartbeat.   • Nov 27, 2022 Amazing location, perfect villa! Our family of four (two boys 9 & 6 years old) had a blast. Couldn’t think of a better vacation destination. The lagoons has great snorkeling (we saw turtles and lots of colorful fish and some coral). Easy access to walk to restaurants (happy at four seasons is a must). The kitchen in the unit is great to have to make breakfast, lunch and snacks for the kiddos not having to spend $$ at restaurants everyday. This villa has everything you need for the beach too. Even a wagon to pull all the stuff. Everything is thought out for you! The pools and hot tubs are perfect. We spend more time in the water than out. We are already planning on booking a return visit. If I could give 6 stars I would. 🤙🏻 Jeff L

Welcome to the Beach Villas at Ko Olina and OT-704 by Ola! From your private lanai you can look out over the tropically styled grounds, the lap pool and out the blue Pacific Ocean. Enjoy a leisurely walk along the paved Ko Olina Walkway that fronts four pristine lagoons with resting spots at each lagoon. When it's time to eat, you can walk to Roy’s Ko Olina, Monkey Pod Kitchen or numerous other dining options in the Resort.  
This villa has two bedrooms with a King Bed in the Master Suite and two Twin Beds (that can be pushed together to make a King) in the second bedroom. In addition, there is a Queen Size sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to fix your meal in the villa if you choose. Imaging having you morning beverage and breakfast on the lanai looking out at that fantastic ocean view!

Please note that your unit has 1 complimentary compact-sized parking space, and any additional vehicles will require a one-time fee of $25.00. Oversized vehicles have a one-time fee of $50.00. All additional parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping.

Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty, and the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair will be charged to the guest.

It is the responsibility of the guest to inform all members of their party and any visitors about the no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to eviction from the property without refund.

The property owner/manager reserves the right to enforce this policy and take appropriate action against any guest or visitor found smoking on the premises.
